Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal where numbers of important government and non government offices and all ministers offices are there. From all the 75 districts of Nepal people are living in Kathmandu Valley which has the high density population. In Nepal almost 90% people are following hindu religion and in Kathmandu also hindus are in same ratio. In Kathmandu Valley (kathmandu district, Bhaktapur district, Lalitpur district ) from the many years ago Newari cast people are living and they have many festivals and cultures which is not based only with hindu religion also with Buddhist too .

In Nepal Buddhism is also part of the hindu as people of Nepal believes that Buddha is incarnation of goddess vishnu . In every street or town of Kathmandu we can see many numbers of hindu temples. In hinduism worship and pray to god is important daily routine which leads the society to build the temples near to them for easy access for all.

In all  the temples we don’t only find the importance of hinduism also we can find the unique arts and architecture. Because of the arts in Temple , which were built many many years ago ,  from the kathmandu valley only more than 5 temples are listed as the World Heritage and Cultural Place. In which all the securities and maintenance are taking care by the UNESCO. Because of disastrous earthquake of 2015 many temples got affected but the rebuilding with the same art and architecture is going on.

In Kathmandu only we can find more than 10 thousands temples including all the small and big temples and among them Pashupati, Swayambu, Bhadrakali, Maitidevi, Changu Narayan, Surya Binayak, Bauddha, Krishna Temple etc are big and most famous temples in Nepal.
